We're partnering with an established and well-regarded strata business, seeking a Senior Strata Manager to join their team in a growth-focused role supporting a high-quality portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of a portfolio of predominantly boutique, high-quality buildings
Act as the primary point of contact for committees, providing guidance and building trusted relationships
Lead and facilitate meetings, offering clear, commercially sound advice to stakeholders
Oversee complex matters including remedial works, defects, and development-related projects
Manage financial performance across schemes, including budgets, forecasting, and cost control
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive outcomes and resolve issues efficiently
Ensure all schemes are managed in line with relevant legislation and compliance requirements
Contribute to portfolio growth through client retention and identifying new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

Experienced Strata Manager with exposure to complex portfolios
Confident communicator with a professional approach
Comfortable managing stakeholder relationships and technical matters
Enjoys being part of a collaborative and well-supported team
