The Role
Working within the strata audit team, you’ll contribute to the review of financial information, coordination of documentation and delivery of accurate audit processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up client records and accessing relevant systems to obtain financial documentation.
- Reviewing client information and conducting initial checks of financial processes.
- Assisting with the review of financial statements and identifying discrepancies or items requiring further investigation.
- Preparing notes and queries for review by senior team members.
- Liaising with strata managers to follow up on documentation and clarify financial information.
- Assisting with GST reconciliations and other accounting tasks when required.
- Developing your understanding of strata audit procedures, systems and industry requirements.
About You

Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Experience in strata accounts, strata finance or a related accounting environment.
- An interest in audit, financial reviews and understanding accounting processes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in financial information.
- Clear written communication skills and confidence liaising professionally with clients.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to adapt when priorities change.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
