Senior Assistant Strata Manager

Sydney

Our client is a leading strata management company located in Sydney, Australia, and we are seeking a highly motivated and organised Assistant Strata Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be working directly as a team with only one Senior Strat Manager, providing support and assistance in managing a portfolio of quality and complex schemes, including BMC and delivering exceptional customer service to their clients.


The ideal Assistant Strata Manager will possess the following skills and experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with exposure to strata management practices and procedures
  • Certificate of registration OR Class 2 license within Strata
  • A strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • A strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for clients
  • A willingness to learn and develop skills and knowledge in the strata management industry
  
In this role as Assistant Strata Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing administrative support to the Senior Strata Manager, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with the management of a portfolio of properties, including liaising with owners, committees, and other stakeholders
  • Responding to client enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supporting the Senior Strata Manager in the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and reports as required
